SURVEYOR'S BRIEF GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The vessel is an ex fleet tender of approximately 34m in length but similar to the smaller 23-24 m fleet tenders but extended for additional space.

Coming out of service the vessel has been converted into a luxury cruiser for coastal work, West coast of Scotland and similar areas carrying a maximum of 12 passengers and up to nine crew persons.

The vessel has the original work boat type hull with fine entry forward and well flared bow and rounded stern aft end.

On deck the fore deck has been retained with the 440 volt electric windlass but a new house has been built forward which now takes the forward cabins on deck and also extends aft with large windows virtually the full width of the vessel with excellent viewing from the main deck saloon which also incorporates a day toilet and a small bar.

Access to the bridge is unimpeded and the bridge is the original with excellent views all round even over the whale watching deck above the saloon as detailed above. There is further access to the deck aft end but this is primarily to the dory 15' with outboard and slewing derrick to safety equipment and to the air conditioning fans etc.

Below decks the vessel is fitted out for 12 passengers in 12 cabins which can be converted from single cabins to double cabins to bunk cabins, all being en-suite with various partitions which can be removed to open up and make larger family type suites or can be closed over for a private individual cabin.

The vessel is currently offered after substantial refurbishment works, repainting and a total mechanical overhaul ensuring the ships systems are all in fully operational condition.

A rare gem of a ship suited to a wide and varied range of applications - family cruising, charter work, coastal cruising, survey work, dive charter...
